About CABEP
The Cameroon Association of Business and Economy Promoters (CABEP) is a Business Development Service (BDS) Organization that provides support to businesses, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), to help them grow, improve their operations, and become more competitive. The mission and activities of CABEP are tailored to address the specific needs of businesses, often focusing on enhancing productivity, market access, and sustainability. CABEP plays a critical role in creating and fostering a vibrant and sustainable business ecosystem, particularly for SMEs and startups. Our activities are designed to address the unique challenges faced by entrepreneurs, businesses and empower them to achieve long-term success.

Mr. Shu Martin Ambe
Vice Coordinator CABEP
Business Trainer/Consultant and Green Business Expert. He holds a Master in Sustainable Development and Corporate Social Responsibility (Madrid/Spain); BSC in Sociology and Anthropology (Bea/Cameron); Diploma in Development Studies and Project Management Certification (Pan African Institute for Development-West Africa); Master Trainer Certification on SYB (ILO); and International Certification on Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) (UNESCO-UNEVOC TVET, Bonn-Germany). He has rich work career comprising: Controller of Taxes with Ministry of Finance (Cameroon); Programme Coordinator at Pan African Institute for Development-West Africa; Executive Director of Green Partners Association and Training and Development Consultancy; Consultant on Youth Mentorship with the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Civic Education and Business Consultant with the Small and Medium-size Promotion Agency (Cameroon)
Dr. Nangah Lemuel Azibo
Coordinator CABEP
An International Business Consultant and Trainer in various models of Entrepreneurship. He is the CEO of K7 Business Network; a Business Development Service and Consultancy Firm based in Bamenda, Cameroon. He is also the CEO and Shareholder of other multiple businesses. One of the 2021 Youth Excellency Presidential Award winners in Entrepreneurship and Economic Development. Holds an MBA (Masters in Business Administration and Project Management) and a Certified Trainer in the ILO-SIYB Program. PhD in Philosophy

She is a holder of a Bachelor’s degree in English language (University of Bamenda);DEPES I In English Modern Letter (ENS Bambili); lLO Certified SIYB Master Trainer and Business Consultant with over four years in Business Consultancy; Project Management Certification (K7 Business Network); Manager at Training and sustainable Development consultancy (TDC); Administrative assistant at Green Partners Association(GPA).

A Chattered Certified Public Accountant (CPA), member of the Institute of Financial Accountants of UK IFA No 301039, member of the Institute of Public Accountants of Australia IPA No 301039, member of the International Fiscal Association, IFA No (48127), ILO, (International Labour Organization) SIYB representative Trainer in Cameroon, Master’s Degree in Accounting from Atlantic International University – USA, fully Certified Chattered Accountant No (197331941), Holder of a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certificate awarded by the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) in 2019. Expert Tax Consultant and Expert Accountant, Legal owner and Operator of a popular accounting Firm in the city of Bamenda-Cameroon in the name of MTA Consultants.
Mr. Nwopuy Derick

An experienced agricultural entrepreneur and Consultant with over 15 years of expertise in Sustainable farming, Entrepreneurship, Business Development Services especially Marketing, and Community Development. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Master’s degree in Leadership & Management and has worked with various NGOs focused on food security and environmental conservation, and Business Development Services.
Mr. CHEYEH Julius NGWAN
Financial Secretary CABEP
A dynamic professional with a unique blend of academic and practical expertise. Holding an MBA in HR, MSc in Agribusiness, and BSc in Economics, Julius has developed a strong foundation in business management and local development. Being a teacher by profession he has a passion for sharing knowledge and empowering others. Accredited as a Business Development Consultant by APME, he has worked with various organizations to drive growth and innovation. With a Diploma in Psychosocial Support and Counseling, Cheyeh is equipped to provide emotional support and guidance to individuals and disadvantaged communities. As an SIYB Master Trainer, Julius has trained several young entrepreneurs and small business owners to start and grow successful businesses. With a strong background in business, education, and social development, Cheyeh is dedicated to creating positive impact and driving sustainable change in last mile communities.
Mrs. Ngoh Vivian Tendong

Business Trainer/Consultant/Big Data Analyst & Business Intelligence. A Dynamic Entrepreneurship Consultant and trainer and Teacher with 19+ years of experience in Teaching Economics and Entrepreneurship. 7+ years in guiding startups and SMEs in strategic growth through tailored consultancy services and trainings. Adept at delivering impactful training programs and fostering entrepreneurial skills. Holds a Masters in Business Administration and Project Management (2024/2025), combining academic rigor with hands-on industry expertise.
Dr Ngwarh Perpetua

Chair of the Board of Directors of SACOD, a woman-led non-profit organization, She has been instrumental in empowering thousands of women through livelihood and economic empowerment programs. With over 12 years of experience in development work, she has led SACOD to achieve remarkable success, including training over 500 women in entrepreneurship and business skills, providing microfinance support to 200 women, and advocating for policy changes at the local level that support women's economic empowerment. Her leadership has been pivotal in driving SACOD's mission to enhance women's livelihoods and promote economic empowerment. She is equally a researcher, consultant, humanitarian worker, certified food security analyst and holds a PhD in Animal Nutrition and Feeding. She has 12 years of result - oriented experience. She is currently a Global Livestock Census Technical Advisor.
